Information we collect
The contact form collects your name, email address, business or industry, approximate budget and project description. Required fields allow us to respond meaningfully. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information. Netlify also processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, to host the site and help prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use inquiry data to respond and take steps toward a requested contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for inquiries outside that basis, our legitimate interest is responding to business communications (Article 6(1)(f)). Technical processing supports our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website. Optional analytics relies on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
Service providers
Netlify provides website hosting and form handling. Form notifications are delivered to our business email inbox at contact@velto-studio.ro. When you accept analytics, Google Analytics processes usage data such as page visits, device/browser information and cookie identifiers. We do not send the contents of contact form fields to Google Analytics through our integration.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept while we handle your request and related discussions, then deleted when no longer needed unless a contract, legal obligation or legal claim requires retention. This applies to records in Netlify and our inbox. The consent choice is stored on your device for six months; Analytics cookie lifetimes and analytics data retention depend on Google and our account settings.
Analytics and your choice
Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you accept. Rejecting it does not affect access to the website or contact form. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to withdraw consent or change your choice. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Our consent setting uses local storage; Google Analytics uses cookies when enabled.
International processing
Netlify and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Applicable transfer safeguards depend on the provider and service, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. You can contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data and review the provider policies linked below.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Contact contact@velto-studio.ro. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, at www.dataprotection.ro. We do not use these website submissions for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Social media inquiries
If you send an inquiry through a Facebook or Instagram lead form or message, we receive the contact and project details you provide to respond and prepare a quote. Meta processes data on its platforms under its own privacy policy. These inquiries are handled separately from the website form and may be stored in Meta lead tools and our correspondence. The purposes, retention criteria and rights described in this notice also apply to our handling of those inquiries.
